3. 1. Introductionto case study
The case study we chosen is a two storeybungalow,
locatedin Kuala Terengganu. The bungalowis owned by current MB

of the buildingotherthan its aesthetic value which enhance the

15. 5.conclusion
Throughthis project, we had learnta lot of the
structuraldesign,not onlydrawingit yet proving withmathematic
formula anddiagrams. We also exploredpossibilityof differenttype
placement of columns andbeams that not onlyaffectingthe safety
yet aesthetic and comfort for the user experience.
We alsolearnthow the load are transferredfrom top to
the bottom until the ground, identifyingthose structural members
and understandinghow the force is acting on the structural
members whether is it capable to withstand ideal amount of load
with the space we designed.
we are gratefulforthe experience and the opportunityto
explore the structuralmembers of the buildingand will apply inour
work in future.
