3. Brief of Bungalow
The bungalow is formed by combining two floor plans as a two storey building.
After planning the spaceon each floor plans, beams and columns are assembled
in moment resisting frames for housing construction.
Design Brief
The ground floor structural system
is basically consists of ground
beams and reinforced
concrete pilings which in turn
supporting the column above.
Basically, the structural system
is appraised based on several factors.
The ground beam is appraised based
on existence of wall as well as in
between the column in order
ensure the rigidity of the foundation, column as well as the structural member
exists above.
4. First floor structural system also consists of beams and reinforced concrete
pilings which supportthe column resting above, which is continuously raised
from the ground floor.
