About Me
Head - BIM Strategy at L&T Construction, with over 15 years
of experience working in the UK AEC industry implementing
and managing BIM technologies and processes
Have ‘BIM managed’ variety of projects from small scale to
large scale and led efforts migrating practices from 2D CAD to
3D, 4D and 5D BIM based project delivery
Besides that I have done all the work you would expect of a

He was challenged to use data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics to help people realize how
much of their time was available to do what ever they wanted, their free time beyond “the
basics” of life.

Building Information Modelling (BIM)
What BIM isn’t:
It’s not just 3D CAD
It’s not just a new technology application
It’s not next generation, it here and now!
“Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a
collaborative way of working, underpinned by digital
technologies. These technologies allow for more
efficient methods of designing, delivering, and
maintaining physical built assets throughout their
entire lifecycle.”
