Requirement Review
Provide flow chart, prototype, PRD, preliminary interface document and
other materials to related teams and people.
Before reviewing
In reviewing
Present the requirements and discuss to define them, fegure out which one
is ok, or not ok? Complete the requirements after that.
After reviewing
Synchronize results: The results need to be synchronized with the business
side, superiors and other team members and specify the follow-up work
schedule and time results. R&D colleagues are required to provide a
demand schedule within 2 days after the general needs review.
Explain the requirements and review the whole plan before
developing to fix and optimize all the resources.

Backend Developing
Database construction
Analyze and sort out the functional data processing situation according to
the needs, establish a reasonable database table structure, optimize the
data algorithm, improve the data processing efficiency, and ensure the
safety, accuracy, stability and timeliness of the data in the process of using
the APP.
Server development
The core processing process of the APP application is completed by the
server-side program, and the client-side APP only needs to send and
receive data. Due to the limited hardware configuration and storage
capacity of the user's mobile terminal equipment, the core data processing
process is performed by the server side. After the server processing is
completed, it is fed back to the client APP. Therefore, server-side program
development is extremely important, and all functions need to be
developed strictly in accordance with the functions organized in the
requirements analysis stage.

Make sure all the materials are well-prepared, include essential data.
Prepare the deployment of relevant persons in charge in advance and all
the resources such as: server, backend system, account permissions,
operation manuals and others.

  2. Có thể từ trước đến giờ mọi người đều không biết cái app từ đâu mà có, chỉ biết được là Tech team làm ra, giống như kiểu là phù thuỷ phù phép một cái là ra cái app. Có vẻ cũng đơn giản? Nhưng thực tế thì nó không phải là như thế! Không phải là chỉ có một mình Tech team là có thể làm được ra cái app mà nhiều người dùng.Vậy thì cụ thể một cái app được ra đơi như thế nào?
  3. Để tạo ra một cái app thì sẽ có 3 giai đoạn chính, dĩ nhiên, đây chỉ là các giai đoạn chính mà thôi, còn trong đó thì sẽ còn có rất nhiều những công đoạn nhỏ và phức tạp nữa. Chứ không phải chỉ đơn giản là trước khi làm app, làm app và launch app. Nhưng ở đây mình nói ở mức cơ bản nên sẽ đi vào 3 bước cơ bản này.
  4. Những số liệu này là những số liệu cơ bản mà chúng ta cần quan tâm với một cái app để đánh giá là nó có thành tựu như nào, thành công hay chỉ ở mức độ nào đó.

Từ việc nghiên cứu các nhu cầu, chúng ta sẽ có rất nhiều những yêu cầu trong một dự án làm mobile app này, nhưng trừ khi chúng ta có một đội Tech vô cùng hùng hậu nếu không thì sẽ không thể làm hết được các yêu cầu, vì thế cần sắp xếp các yêu cầu nào nên làm trước, yêu cầu nào nên làm sao. Làm một mobile app thì có rât nhiều ý tưởng mà chúng ta nghĩ là hay, nhưng cụ thể thì cái nào mới thục sự là quan trọng, hiệu quả và vần thiết cho giai đoạn đầu của app? Cái nào thì về sau nên có chứ không phải bây giờ?

Trong ngành internet này, quản lý dự án dựa là cực kỳ qua trọng, và bắt buộc mọi người phải tuân thủ theo một lịch sắp xếp từ trước, nếu không việc phát triển app sẽ rơi vào tình trạng hỗn loan, và không biết đến bao giờ mới xong đượcc cái app. Lý do đơn giản là vì: 1. Tránh việc có thêm các yêu cầu khác trong quan trính phát triển app; 2. Yêu cầu mọi người phải tuân thủ theo các công việc đã được dưa ra như kế hoạch để có tến độ tốt nhất. Lúc này, bạn Product Manager phải theo dõi, và có nghiệm thu công việc ở các mốc deadline khác nhau.
  7. 就拿app运营来说,你千辛万苦找来各种推广渠道,去做了大量的推广,也吸引来了不少的用户注册并下载了你的app软件。但是最后发现,弃用、卸载的用户数量总是那么多,而你却还一脸茫然。因为你不知道到底是哪里出了问题。 这时候,数据的作用就体现出了。app用户群体数据,可以了解用户的性别、年龄、地区分布、手机型号等信息,你就能对用户群体进行一个整体的定位;新增用户量让你了解各种推广渠道带来的转化率有多高;用户活跃度、留存率则可以查看用户每天打开app的频率、时间段,以及分析出哪些用户因对你的app失望而离开。 虽然数据并不代表一切,但是没有数据的运营无法知道运营的实际效果,又怎么能做出更好的运营决策呢?数据运营的重要性不言而喻。
