Mattingly "AI & Prompt Design: The Basics of Prompt Design"
Bronchitis
1. Acute bronchitis is an
inflammatory process that
affects the trachea and main
bronchi and medium caliber;
occasionally there commitment
of the smaller bronchi and
bronchioles and usually
accompanied by inflammatory
process of the upper or is
preceded by the airways.
INTRODUCTION
2. DEFINITION
BRONCHITIS
Bronchitis is an inflammation of the lower airways . It happens when the
bronchi , located between the lungs become inflamed because of
infection or some other cause. According to its duration and etiology , it
distinguishes between acute bronchitis, short-term and chronic bronchitis,
long-term and frequent recurrences.
3. DIAGNOSIS
The diagnosis of acute viral bronchitis
is basically clinical-Set with knowledge
of epidemic presentation in the
population, with clinical symptoms and
history of previous upper respiratory
infection as chest X-rays are usually
normal but sometimes thickening is
observed peribronquial; distention
when pulmonary suggests involvement
of more peripheral airways and if
pneumonia or atelectasis is observed
before a complication of bronchitis.
4. CONSEQUENCES
• Right heart failure or
pulmonary
• Emphysema
• Pulmonary hypertension
• Pneumonia
• Emphysema
• Lung cancer
5. TREATMENT
Treatment of acute viral
bronchitis is usually
symptomatic; They may
be sufficient adequate
rest, humidification of
ambient air, intake of
fluids and toxic-free and
rich in fruits and
vegetables diet; avoid
exposure to harmful
agents such as snuff
smoke and pollutants.
6. CONCLUSION
As we know the most common causes of acute bronchitis
are viral infections.
Acute Bronchitis, although no after-effects when proper
treatment is done, the bronchi are susceptible to reaction
of any irritant.
