In 2015, it started Sunvik Ready to Fix, which provides prefabricated reinforced steel to construction sites. This helps improve productivity, safety, and reduces construction timelines. Sunvik Ready to Fix uses advanced machinery to cut and bend reinforcement bars according to design specifications. Sunvik Steel Private Limited was established in 2003 having
manufacturing facility situated at Jodidevarahalli Sira Taluk, Tumkur
District, Karnataka District is today grown into a fully integrated Steel
Plant manufacturing 8 mm to 32 mm TMT Steel Bars conforming to
IS: 1786 Fe 415 and 500 Grades.
It is the first state of art integrated Steel plant is this location, which

Sunvik Ready to Fix is sister concern of Sunvik Steels Pvt Ltd
started its operation from 2015 ,considering huge demands
from our clients.
At Sunvik RTF, we provide you with ready to fix steel delivered
to your site , as per your drawing and bar bending schedule
(BBS), Just in time of customers need. Sunvik RTF services is
one of the prefabrication solutions aimed at helping
customers raise productivity standards in construction and
serve client in more customized way. At present we have capacity of approx 3000 MT per month.
Cut and Bend reinforcing steel bars by using most modern technology and machines imported from Schnell Italy.
The product range of Sunvik ready to fix includes not only factory fabricated reinforcement steel bars cut into
various shapes and sizes like cranked bars, stirrups, verticals, column /beam cages etc.
On-site assembling and fabrication, inaccurate dimensions and improperly bent bars, slow pace of work progress
due to conventional manual labor deployment, cost over-runs and many such hurdles have been
impacting the construction and infrastructure sector, where delays have a direct bearing on project cost. In order
to surmount these impediments, the use of ready-to use-steel has been introduced that eliminates vast logistical
processes by reducing construction cycle time, saving labor costs, reducing the hassles of inventory
management, achieving zero percentage of scrap, offering absolute ease of operations.

Schnell Prima+ Machine 2Nos 8 – 12m wire diameter , Automatic machines for
construction of stirrups and shaped parts from coils,
particularly suitable for medium production runs.
Schnell Shear Line -500. 8 – 50mm diameter. Length tolerance + or- 2mm.
Sigma Manual Bender – 2 Nos Bending up to 40 mm wire diameter.
Sigma Manual Cutters – 1 Nos. Cutting up to 32mm
Vispar Manual Benders – 1 Nos Cutting up to 32mm
Schnell Barwiser-22s – 1 Nos. 8-20 mm straight bars bending
Schnell Robomaster 45 – 1 Nos Bending up to 40 mm wire diameter, allow fully
automatic 4- directions bending and the
production of any type of shapes, including those
with positive and negative bends.

Our software , will read and import data from the excel sheet BBS from client and optimize lengths accordingly.
We can even make and design , our own shapes too using this software.
The software will provide the Production schedule for shop floor, Tags mentioning the cutting length and shape, no.
of pieces and even the dispatch copy, wherein we can track the material produced and dispatched for particular
client.

Sunvik Steels has adopted the "Evcon Turbo Process" approved by SAIL to produce high strength Steel Re-bars.
