I am studying mobile shopping experience for small business

Question because I want to find out how mobile devices create a
new experience and attract potentials

Conceptual Significance in order to help small business develop
a new way to contact their potential customers and sell their
products
This thesis presents the hypothesis that mobile platform is a new place to keep
relationship with customers, present and sell products as well.
In contrast to in-store or desktop online platform, which require a static place, a
large amount of resouces to maintain, mobile platform can be more flexible and easy
to customize.
Such a hypothesis could provide a new oppotunity for small business, startup or
even individuals to run their own online shops. They could care less about maintaince
but more about increasing the quanlity of product and service.
