Opportunity Zones have revealed that wealth, in many respects, is hidden in plain sight. It often sits in local entities — family offices, local philanthropies, well-endowed universities, pension funds — that have chosen to export their investable capital outside their communities via large institutional investors. It also sits in public or private sector entities with large but fragmented asset holdings that are rarely deployed for maximum impact and public benefit. Designing institutions and mechanisms that can keep local capital local could be an intriguing byproduct of Opportunity Zones.
Most Opportunity Zones are characterized by high poverty, low business demand, long term disinvestment and severe, structural gaps across racial and ethnic lines around education, skills and wealth. The first choice was to build a bridge over the Likoni Channel but with the time passing it appeared too expensive and not a viable solution. The alternative is to build the Mombasa southern bypass which will connect the Nairobi-Mombasa highway directly to the South Coast avoiding completely Mombasa town and the Likoni ferry. All this new road will be about 25 km long and running mostly on dry land apart from two short bridges (ca 1-1,5 km long) and a causeway. All the projects have been approved and the job already started beginning of 2012 on the north side near the Moi International Airport/Miritini with the financial support and cooperation of the Japanese Government. The opening of this road is planed sometimes in 2015; this will open up many development opportunities for the South Coast. Mombasa residents will commute daily to South Coast for better life style, environment and peace.

The Enliven Architecture Intuition will be located in an office building placed along Al-Malik
road, Jeddah city, Saudi Arabia. It is managed by the two architects Remaz Basrawi and Samaher
Bakhsh which focuses on two main types; architecture and environmental design with full services
