This blog post aims to generate an interesting and colorful learning environment for 4th grade students by including songs, videos, presentations, mind maps, and games about describing and comparing places around the world, in order to help students achieve their class goals and be able to describe and compare locations.

DETAILED LESSON PLAN FOR KINDERGARTEN
This lesson plan is for a kindergarten class on land transportation vehicles. The students will learn to identify different land vehicles like cars, buses, and trains. They will name vehicles orally and discuss their experiences riding in them. To motivate the students, the teacher will play songs about transportation. The class will then be divided into groups to play a game where they raise flags to guess vehicles in pictures and whether they operate on land. At the end, the students will understand the importance of knowing different land vehicles for traveling on land. Their assignment is to cut out pictures of land vehicles and present them to the class.

Medellin is Colombia's second largest city and is known for its industries like textiles, metals, and electronics. It has a temperate climate and is considered the fashion capital of Colombia. Santa Marta is located on Colombia's Caribbean coast near the Sierra Nevada mountains. It has over 100 beaches and a tropical climate, making it a popular tourism destination known for its beaches, mountains, and cultural sites. While both cities have friendly people, Medellin has a larger population and more economic opportunities, whereas Santa Marta has higher quality but more expensive meals due to its coastal location.

- 3. The students are using their language knowledge in context. The purpose for this blog is generate a new interesting and colorful learning and teaching eviroment, in order to help them to get all the goals planned for classes .
- 4. The students will be able to describe and compare places around the world.
- 5. This blog will include: typical songs from each place, videos to introduce each place, power point presentation with important vocabulary, mind map describing characteristic from places, games (using grammatical structure to describe and compare).
