Our Franchise requires a six man team. Two
instructors and I handle up to 50 teleconferences and
videoconferences, 6 hours a day, everyday. (a.m. and
p.m. sessions privately broadcasting online or our
multimedia communications platform). Three
outsourced admins handle quarterly projects;
managing our team members and a 25,000 budget per
regional market.
With advertisers, editors, graphic designers, & web
hosting. We can achieve our 6th month goal of
developing the first "global-mobile academy". This
multimedia communications technology will allow us
to globalize our educational products & services in

sufficient amounts of specific education, teaching
them holistic strategies for optimal performance in all
areas of life. Chat with personal teachers online, from
any location. We work alongside students, parents,

college course for just a fraction of the cost.

Along with signing 32 new clients in this
past quarter. Just prior, our 3 specialist
won a government contract to service an
8-week advanced mentoring program for
51 middle school students in New
England. This means our structure allows
for each 6-man franchise to handle up to
198 unit sales every 2 months, per
regional market.

Now, by training just 12 more
employees, We can service up to 3
regional markets and 250,000 prospects
residing within areas surrounding our
existing markets of MA, DC, VA. This
expansion will cost us $75,000, which is
pretty economical, as an annual cost for
the “number” we need for investments
and funding to cover the rapidly
expanding operating costs, we will face
in this business.

THE FINANCES
Our expenditures (as of now are) are simple, housing,
office space, transportation, guest speaking, training
facility usage, outsourced staffing, study materials,
and equipment.
However, our expenditures (in the future) will
inevitably grow as we keep expanding: travel and
marketing 20; staff 30; staff training 10; facilities (rent
) PM 20; social events 5; dividends to founders 5:
athlete & sponsors 5; other 5.
Number of contributors will receive an undisclosed,
yet sizeable, share of our quarterly and annual profits
from these options. On campus, or in the public, we
plan to have, 15+ Direct sales representatives on duty
at Peak Times, Events Specific to Date, and Specific
Services for the "Hungry Buyer's Market" that makes
up our customer base.
