Core activity of the main project - setting up the Baltic Sea Region Urban Forum
conceptually
• meeting point for politicians and experts in cities, private companies (especially small
innovative businesses) and research institutions
• serving as a platform for exchanging best practices and experiences, presenting new
services and products, voicing needs and receiving answers to them
in practice
• annual event/ each year – specific topic
• consisting of fair and workshops
• Fair - stands, different presentations and change to have a floor speech
• Workshops – based on the ideas submitted by stakeholders, aiming to go deeper in
chosen theme and to also involve participants to discussion
