18. Things to Note:
The suspect was confronted on Tuesday, in the
building, where he was attempting to read door tags to
see where Jennifer was. He acted surprised and left
the building immediately. We will never know what this
immediately
may have prevented that day.

Administration was greatly enhanced due to the
relationships that have been developed prior to this
incident.
