 Customer Service support / Logistics Support for Stanley Black & Decker (Through AL RAIS)
(Jan 2014 – Till Date)
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
 Responsible for timely customer order processing (SAP), Processing orders against customer’s
requirements after checking the correct SKUs, availability of stock, recommending replacement SKUs
and getting the order confirmation from the customer.
 Follow up and coordination with warehouse for timely deliveries and provide customer/ sales teams
with periodic updates.
 Coordinating with the Inspection and certification agencies for providing conformity certificates.
 Weekly updating the customers with their Back Order report of their pending orders and updating the
estimated time of delivery so that the customers has track of their back orders and also aware of the
availability.
 Following up with the Procurement team for non-available items and getting the estimated time of
arrival of goods and informing the same to customers.
 Regular follow up with the marketing team (internal) for price updates, ZFOC etc.
 Regular follow-up and correspondence with customers through phone calls and emails in regards to
Orders and deliveries.
 Generated repeated business through successful client follow up i.e. by providing the Orders on time,
suggesting replacement SKUs for discontinued and MOQ items, educating the customers via telephone
with updated Product information and systemized dispatching goods to the customer.
 Process for faster shipment turn around - picking, packing, rework, inspection, loading and resource
management.
 Proper Document filing system, speeding up the retrievals.
 Coordination with CS/forwarders for faster dispatch of shipments.
 Courier shipment handling process set up.
 Material Receipts, Conduct periodic Stock Check and Updating the Goods returns.
 Experience in warehousing/logistics, includes Stock Management and WMS systems with Pallet and bin
management. Floor operations, including receiving, storing, documentation, picking, loading and
shipping.
 Experience in Sales Order Processing, Pick & Pack, Inventory Control and Outbound management.
 Experience in Local Documents Customs process for UAE outbound shipments.
