4. PROJECT LIFECYCLE
• All required As-Built documentation,
including operation documents, warranties,
specifications and manuals can be
incorporated within BIM model itself, using
BEXEL Manager or can be stored online
using BEXELs web-based Facility
Maintenance module and your dedicated
centralized server.
• The BEXEL Manager Facility Maintenance
module is cloud-based and uses its online
document system for the document
storage and management.
• All stakeholders with respective permission
are enabled to access and use provided
data. They can also create or change
specific facility maintenance plans and
information, depending upon their
authorization.

5. ASSET INFORMATION MODEL
• An Asset Information Model can be
developed from traditional as-built
documentation or from the very same BIM
model used throughout the construction
phases, progressively updated with
required asset information, up to final, as-
built construction data.
• The used model can be overlaid with laser
scanning data during project construction
phases or afterwards, in order to verify
the construction works and finalize the as-
built model.
• This BIM model, containing metadata
populated during construction phases
including the construction schedule (4D)
and construction cost over time (5D) is
updated to be a fully integrated archive
BIM model with precise, actual time and
cost data which can then be used in the
operation and maintenance phase of the
project (6D).
