Blessings of giving(Acts20:35) A.Giving draws our hearts  toward Christ(Matt6:21) B.Giving develops godly character  and helps us conform to Christ.(Phili2:5) C.Giving allows us to put treasures in heaven.(Matt6:20) D.Giving can produce a material increase to the giver.(Pro11:24,25),(2 corinth9:6-11)
To whom should we give? Give to God A.Give to the local church, Christian workers and  Ministries. (I Corinthians9:14) B.Give to the poor.(Pro14:31)
Saving
Scripture encourages saving.(Pro21:20) A.Save only if also giving.(Luke12:16-21,34) B.Save regularly.(Pro21:5)
How much should we save?
What to save for. 1.Save for unexpected emergencies. 2.Save for major purchases. 3.Save for longer-term needs .
Investments. 1.Avoid risky investments.(Eccle5:13) 2.Diversify investments.(Eccle11:2) 3. Avoid  Get-rich-quick schemes and Gambling (Pro28:22)
How to Know God
1.God loves us and wants us to experience a meaningful life. (John3:16) 2.We are separated from God. (Romans6:23) 3.God’s only provision to bridge this gap is Jesus Christ (Romans5:8) 4.Each of us must receive Jesus Christ. (John1:12)
Honesty/Integrity
God wants us to be completely honest.(Pro12:22) Why God has established the standard of honesty. A.Truthfulness is one of God’s attributes.(IPeter1:15) B.We cannot be dishonest and love God.(Pro14:2) C.We cannot be dishonest and love our neighbour. (Romans13:9-10) D.Integirty pleases God. E.Integrity provides security. F.Integrity establishes credidbility so that evangelism can be  effective.(Phili2:15) G.Integrity provides guidance and confirms God’s direction. (Pro4:24-26)
Honesty Required for Leaders A.A dishonest leader produces dishonest followers.(Pro29:12) B.Dishonesty should disqualify a person from leadership. (Exo18:21) C.Integrity prolongs leadership.(Pro28:16) Integrity must be present in all areas of life. A.It is important to be honest in small things.(Luke16;10) B.Avoid Bribes.(Pro17:23) C.Training  Children(Pro22:6) 1.Teach verbally (Deut 6:6-7) 2.Teach by example(Luke6:40) 3.teach by involvement.Give them practical opportunities to  apply God’s financial principles by allowing them to handle  money

Developing your integrity. A.Value the integrity of your heart.(Pro 4:23) B.Have a healthy fear of discipline.(Heb12:11) C.Decide beforehand  never to compromise or be defiled (Psalm15:1-2) D.Draw a clear line on your limits of behaviour and  step well back from it(Genesis4:7) E.Be on your guard at all times.(Luke16:10) F.Surround yourself with honest people.(Pro29:24) G.Be accountable to others.(James5:16) H.Pray and submit  to the Holy Spirit. (Galatians5:16-17)
