2. Mission Our mission is to provide major financial support of the education & technology programs of National BDPA and its local chapters. We fund BDPA’S Student Information Technology & Scholarship (SITES) program as well as the BDPA IT Institute.

3. Background BETF is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit charity founded in 1992 to support the education and technical programs of BDPA. There was a concern that minorities specifically African-Americans were not adequately represented in the computer industry.
