Fruit and Vegetables
Fruits and vegetables are

fibre,vitamins and
minerals.
A minimum five serving in a
day with food is best for
our body.
Grains Group
This food group having
wheat, corn, barley, rice,
lentils, beans etc.
Grains group give us
carbohydrates and proteins.
Nuts are another source of
protein.
Dairy Group
Dairy foods are made from milk.Dairy foods
give us proteins and fats.They are provide
us Calcium which is good for bones and
teeth.
Meat Group
Meat provide us proteins,but it also gives
us fats.
The meat and fish group includes:

•Fish
•Pork and lamb.
