Weaknesses: Limited experience in the industry. Limited start-up capital.
Opportunities: Increasing number of SMB’s entering the job market needing
business solution programs.
Threats: A wide range of software developers whose services are made available
through cloud platforms.

 Moving foreword on the premise that Programming Solution’s major competitors will rely
heavily on a strategy that comprises elements of the 4P's. Therefore it is in the firms best
interest at this time to identify the four most significant elements with regards to this adverse
completive advantage.
 Product: The competitions foremost products that will pose a threat to the firms optimum
penetration of the market will be -’highly mobile’- software solutions.
 Price: The more well established software solutions providers will be able to exercise price
penetration strategies that will invariably offset Programming Solutions service price indexes.
 Place: One of the more formidable marketing positions that a competitor will have a gainful
advantage over is any securely positioned optimized cloud service platform
 Promotion: A major promotional concern will be the advantage that the competition has in its
favor with regards to leveraging marketing effectiveness by way of having access to abundant
resources.

Core Competency
 The core competency that I plan to develop for use in driving the success of my
business and which I believe will help me to establish my long-term success in the
industry is my ability to logically analyze critical aspects of a business’s operating
strategies. This capability will enable me to assist the client business to determine
which procedures are adverse to the desired goals of the firms established mission and
to prescribe solutions that will optimize those deficits. Another core competency that I
plan to develop further is my programming –software development-skills. This asset
will help me to stay in step with the adaptations to this efficient business tool as it
permeates its usefulness throughout the business environment.

• Industry: SMB’s involved in basically all forms of business activities
 Demographic :Any and all individuals, from all walk’s of life who are involved in the
activates of conducting business
 Culture: conservative and progressive,sustanability oriented, average and slightly
above average business cultures
 Three example of firms or organizations
1. Small to medium manufacturing companies
2. Small to medium customer service companies
3. Small to medium retail stores
 Three reasons why I consider these segments to be attractive target markets.
1. They are large enough to sustain adequate financial growth.
2. They are not to large to manage solutions for with regards to Programming
Solutions resources and abilities.
3. They are large enough to implement more elaborate(and expensive) optimization
strategies through Programming Solutions list of recommendations, if necessary

• It is the intention of Programming Solutions to provide its clients with the most prudent
methods available in which in to address their businesss needs. This will be achieved through
the development and application of an array of diagnostic solutions developed to interact
specifically within the dynamics of the clients operations.

  • 3. Marketing Summary SWOT Analysis Strengths: A desire to succeed in being the very best business solutions provider in the city. Business Analysis and Computer programming savant. Weaknesses: Limited experience in the industry. Limited start-up capital. Opportunities: Increasing number of SMB’s entering the job market needing business solution programs. Threats: A wide range of software developers whose services are made available through cloud platforms.
  • 4. Marketing Summary (continued) Competition  Moving foreword on the premise that Programming Solution’s major competitors will rely heavily on a strategy that comprises elements of the 4P's. Therefore it is in the firms best interest at this time to identify the four most significant elements with regards to this adverse completive advantage.  Product: The competitions foremost products that will pose a threat to the firms optimum penetration of the market will be -’highly mobile’- software solutions.  Price: The more well established software solutions providers will be able to exercise price penetration strategies that will invariably offset Programming Solutions service price indexes.  Place: One of the more formidable marketing positions that a competitor will have a gainful advantage over is any securely positioned optimized cloud service platform  Promotion: A major promotional concern will be the advantage that the competition has in its favor with regards to leveraging marketing effectiveness by way of having access to abundant resources.

Marketing Summary (continued) Core Competency  The core competency that I plan to develop for use in driving the success of my business and which I believe will help me to establish my long-term success in the industry is my ability to logically analyze critical aspects of a business’s operating strategies. This capability will enable me to assist the client business to determine which procedures are adverse to the desired goals of the firms established mission and to prescribe solutions that will optimize those deficits. Another core competency that I plan to develop further is my programming –software development-skills. This asset will help me to stay in step with the adaptations to this efficient business tool as it permeates its usefulness throughout the business environment.

Target Markets • Industry: SMB’s involved in basically all forms of business activities  Demographic :Any and all individuals, from all walk’s of life who are involved in the activates of conducting business  Culture: conservative and progressive,sustanability oriented, average and slightly above average business cultures  Three example of firms or organizations 1. Small to medium manufacturing companies 2. Small to medium customer service companies 3. Small to medium retail stores  Three reasons why I consider these segments to be attractive target markets. 1. They are large enough to sustain adequate financial growth. 2. They are not to large to manage solutions for with regards to Programming Solutions resources and abilities. 3. They are large enough to implement more elaborate(and expensive) optimization strategies through Programming Solutions list of recommendations, if necessary
