Table of contents 1.- ROF:  The document that contains the organization and working rules in our school. 2.- SCHOOL ENVIROMENT PLAN: It's a part including in the R.O.F.  2.1.-PEDAGOGIC PRINCIPLES. 2.2.- STRATEGIES 2.3.- MOTIVATION
2.- SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT PLAN It has as its main objective to establish a series of measures and actions aimed at attaining a good working atmosphere for both teachers and students Children's rights and duties must be including in this document Every school specify its own “ SCHOOL ENVIRONMENTS RULES”
2.- SCHOOL ENVIROMENT PLAN 2.1.- PEDAGOGIC PRINCIPLES: a) Development of “Social Skills” * Learning to listen to others * Asking for help * Using dialogue as a way to solve conflicts * Increasing self-esteem and self-confidence * Using consensus in decisions-taking b) Encouraging Teamwork * Taking democratic decisions and reaching consensus * Distribution work according to the abilities of each members of the team c) Respect for other people's experiences and differences

2.- SCHOOL ENVIROMENT PLAN 2.3.- MOTIVATION: e) Pupils paint traditional games on the playground.

2.- SCHOOL ENVIROMENT PLAN 2.3.- MOTIVATION: f) We try to compensate for social and academic school inequality. Flexible grouping * A support plan for less advantaged students Dividing a class in two groups to cope with mixed abilities Support amount class-teachers
2.- SCHOOL ENVIROMENT PLAN 2.3.- MOTIVATION: g) Remedial plan.  There's a extra teacher at our school to deal with students with  slower learning * Morning room  (open from 07:30 a.m. to  09:00 a.m.)‏ h) Other facilities with a  very cheap price depending of family rent * School canteen  * Out-of-school activities (Sports, computer lessons, English,...)‏
2.- SCHOOL ENVIROMENT PLAN 2.3.- MOTIVATION: i) Special education room and speech therapy room k) Interactive and cooperative work. j) Extra lessons in the afternoons for less advantage students (for 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6 th  year students)‏
2.- SCHOOL ENVIROMENT PLAN 2.3.- MOTIVATION: l) Open the school to the parents or mix pupils of different classes and levels to do colective activities for promoting a good atmosphere. Mathematics marathon Autum festival Christmas party Cultural visits (museum, libraries, theatres...)‏ Cultural trips and environment excursions  Constitution's Day Andalucia's Day Carnival Art festival May Cross International Book Day End of school year Party Open Days
