If you have children and are experiencing separation or divorce, typically their wellbeing is one of your highest priorities. In this workshop we discuss how to best support your children through your separation, so as to minimise any adverse impact on them.
Parenting is a great program-each and every mother should have some ideas about this: after having a beautiful child as you grow with the child you need to know the process how to take care of the cute emotion that helps it to be a person with sound emotion.
We all want to be the best parents we can be for our children, but there is often conflicting advice on how to raise a kid who is confident, kind, and successful.
It is a good practice for people to follow co-parenting skills. Kids need both their parents in life to grow up. It keeps both parents involved in the kid’s life. It can be a daunting task for the parents to implement the same, but it is to be done for the kids.

The nature/nurture conflict gives parents and child development specialists cause for much discussion. A child's temperament and, therefore, his actions are indeed greatly affected by his gene pool. How a parent is able to deal with that child and his actions will considerably affect the outcome of his upbringing.
It is widely accepted that a child whose needs are attended with reasonable speed will learn that the world is a dependable place. This trust in others gives him the base he needs to develop trust in the most important person in the world - himself.
Some parents believe they will spoil a child if they give too much attention to the child as an infant. They do not hold the child frequently, do not believe in rocking a child, and allow the child to cry for long periods of time instead of picking him/her up. Children cannot be spoiled by parents who provide loving care. But the parents must respect themselves enough, not to allow the child to become a tyrant over them.
Parents who are realistic and consistent in their expectations of their children will raise children with firm foundations for independence. Independence for their children should be the goal of parents. What do parents need to do for their children, to show they are realistic and consistent, and to pass along the love and respect children need?
Infants' needs must be met reasonably. If a child cries, he/she is signaling he/she is either hungry, wet, or uncomfortable. A parent must attend to an infant in a reasonable time to teach the infant trust. Infants need verbal and tactile stimulation from the parent. A parent's talking, cooing, or singing to an infant increases the child's learning process. Tactile stimulation of holding and rocking are necessary for the infant's emotional health and growth.
On the practical side, infants should live in clean, safe surroundings. This includes regular baths and diaper changes, being fed regularly as directed by a physician, and receiving regular checkups and immunizations.
What a parent does for and with an infant is expanded, as the child grows older and more independent.
The older child continues to need verbal and tactile stimulation. This can be provided in the way a parent shows affection and teaches his/her child about life. The older child needs consistent care, which includes encouragement to learn by being allowed to explore his/her surroundings. When the child is school age, the parent must express encouragement of learning by being interested in his/her school attendance and progress.
As a child becomes an adolescent the parenting task becomes different, yet the same. The older child is preparing to become independent of the parent. It is at this time that realistic and consistent parenting will pay off. A child raised with respect will generally respond with respect to his/her parent.
A parent should never relax in his/her role as a parent. A parent must always be on the job to provide nurture, love, acce

The prostate is an exocrine gland of the male mammalian reproductive system
It is a walnut-sized gland that forms part of the male reproductive system and is located in front of the rectum and just below the urinary bladder
Function is to store and secrete a clear, slightly alkaline fluid that constitutes 10-30% of the volume of the seminal fluid that along with the spermatozoa, constitutes semen
A healthy human prostate measures (4cm-vertical, by 3cm-horizontal, 2cm ant-post ).
It surrounds the urethra just below the urinary bladder. It has anterior, median, posterior and two lateral lobes
It’s work is regulated by androgens which are responsible for male sex characteristics
Generalised disease of the prostate due to hormonal derangement which leads to non malignant enlargement of the gland (increase in the number of epithelial cells and stromal tissue)to cause compression of the urethra leading to symptoms (LUTS

Lung Cancer: Artificial Intelligence, Synergetics, Complex System Analysis, S...Oleg Kshivets
RESULTS: Overall life span (LS) was 2252.1±1742.5 days and cumulative 5-year survival (5YS) reached 73.2%, 10 years – 64.8%, 20 years – 42.5%. 513 LCP lived more than 5 years (LS=3124.6±1525.6 days), 148 LCP – more than 10 years (LS=5054.4±1504.1 days).199 LCP died because of LC (LS=562.7±374.5 days). 5YS of LCP after bi/lobectomies was significantly superior in comparison with LCP after pneumonectomies (78.1% vs.63.7%, P=0.00001 by log-rank test). AT significantly improved 5YS (66.3% vs. 34.8%) (P=0.00000 by log-rank test) only for LCP with N1-2. Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: phase transition (PT) early-invasive LC in terms of synergetics, PT N0—N12, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells- CC and blood cells subpopulations), G1-3, histology, glucose, AT, blood cell circuit, prothrombin index, heparin tolerance, recalcification time (P=0.000-0.038). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and PT early-invasive LC (rank=1), PT N0—N12 (rank=2), thrombocytes/CC (3), erythrocytes/CC (4), eosinophils/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), segmented neutrophils/CC (8), stick neutrophils/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10); leucocytes/CC (11). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (area under ROC curve=1.0; error=0.0).
CONCLUSIONS: 5YS of LCP after radical procedures significantly depended on: 1) PT early-invasive cancer; 2) PT N0--N12; 3) cell ratio factors; 4) blood cell circuit; 5) biochemical factors; 6) hemostasis system; 7) AT; 8) LC characteristics; 9) LC cell dynamics; 10) surgery type: lobectomy/pneumonectomy; 11) anthropometric data. Optimal diagnosis and treatment strategies for LC are: 1) screening and early detection of LC; 2) availability of experienced thoracic surgeons because of complexity of radical procedures; 3) aggressive en block surgery and adequate lymph node dissection for completeness; 4) precise prediction; 5) adjuvant chemoimmunoradiotherapy for LCP with unfavorable prognosis.

Flu Vaccine Alert in Bangalore Karnatakaaddon Scans
As flu season approaches, health officials in Bangalore, Karnataka, are urging residents to get their flu vaccinations. The seasonal flu, while common, can lead to severe health complications, particularly for vulnerable populations such as young children, the elderly, and those with underlying health conditions.
Dr. Vidisha Kumari, a leading epidemiologist in Bangalore, emphasizes the importance of getting vaccinated. "The flu vaccine is our best defense against the influenza virus. It not only protects individuals but also helps prevent the spread of the virus in our communities," he says.
This year, the flu season is expected to coincide with a potential increase in other respiratory illnesses. The Karnataka Health Department has launched an awareness campaign highlighting the significance of flu vaccinations. They have set up multiple vaccination centers across Bangalore, making it convenient for residents to receive their shots.
To encourage widespread vaccination, the government is also collaborating with local schools, workplaces, and community centers to facilitate vaccination drives. Special attention is being given to ensuring that the vaccine is accessible to all, including marginalized communities who may have limited access to healthcare.
Residents are reminded that the flu vaccine is safe and effective. Common side effects are mild and may include soreness at the injection site, mild fever, or muscle aches. These side effects are generally short-lived and far less severe than the flu itself.
Healthcare providers are also stressing the importance of continuing COVID-19 precautions. Wearing masks, practicing good hand hygiene, and maintaining social distancing are still crucial, especially in crowded places.
Protect yourself and your loved ones by getting vaccinated. Together, we can help keep Bangalore healthy and safe this flu season. For more information on vaccination centers and schedules, residents can visit the Karnataka Health Department’s official website or follow their social media pages.
Stay informed, stay safe, and get your flu shot today!

The child-Parent relationship is one of the most influential, important, and
meaningful relationships in an individual’s life. The communication between
parents and children fuels their bond and functions to socialize children, provide
social support, show affection, make sense of their life experiences, engage in
conflict, manage private information, and create a family communication
environment.
The quality of parent-child interaction is one of the major predictors of emotional
and social development of children in the first years of life. Children thrive in a
positive environment, so hearing compliments, stating clear expectations for
positive behaviors, and positively engaging with the child should enhance self-
confidence and the development of communication and healthy habits.
4. BENEFITS OF CHILD
PARENT INTERACTION
Young children have a higher chance of forming positive and content connections with
other people in their lives if they grow up with a strong and secure attachment to their
parents.
A child who has a strong bond with their parents develops the ability to control their
emotions under pressure and in trying circumstances.
Promotes the child’s mental, linguistic and emotional development.
Helps the child exhibit optimistic and confident social behaviors.
Better social and academic abilities are built on the foundation of healthy parental
participation and intervention in the child's daily life.
Healthy social, emotional, cognitive, and motivational growth is influenced by a strong
attachment.
When Child have a good connection with their parents, they develop strong problem-
solving abilities. 4
5. WAYS TO ENHANCE PARENT
CHILD INTERACTION
• “Catch” the child in a positive behavior and praise them
• Avoid using the phrases "don't" or "no."
• Instilling constructive habits rather than instructing the child
what not to do
• Set boundaries and expectations
• Teach the child the behavior you want them to display
• As much as schedule allows, play with your child . The growth
of a child depends on play.
5
6. WAYS TO ENHANCE PARENT
CHILD INTERACTION
• Ask open-ended questions while keeping eye contact with the kid
and listening to what they have to say
• Read to your child…everyday
• Don't be hesitant to talk to the child at their level. Sometimes sitting
on the floor or in a chair is better for the caregiver and the child.
• Exercise patience, take a few calm breaths, and count to ten before
you react angrily toward the child.
• Utilize nature as an outdoor classroom...There are numerous sights
and activities to enjoy . 6
8. DEFINITION
• The Child-parent Attachment is
refers to a combination of
behaviors, feelings, and
expectations that are unique to a
particular parent and a particular
child. The relationship involves
the full extent of a child's
development.
8
9. TYPES OF CHILD PARENT
ATTACHMENT STYLE

Secure
Attachment
Ambivalent
Attachment
Avoidant
Attachment
Disorganized
Attachment
This is the
strongest type of
attachment. This
type of kid
believes they can
rely on their parent
or other adult
provider. The child
is confident that
individual will be
there for them in
times of need.
Another sign of an
uneasy attachment
between a kid and his
parents is
ambivalence.
A child will
repeatedly engage in
behavior that garnered
their parents' focus in
the past. Children are
always looking for that
feeling of security.
This is one category of
attachment that is not
secure. Avoidant children
have learned that
depending on parents won’t
get them that secure feeling
they want, so child learn to
take care of themselves.
Avoidant children may
seem too independent and
usually do not build strong
relationships.
Disorganized children
don’t know what to
expect from their
parents. Children with
relationships learns to
predict how his parent
will react, whether it is
positive or negative.
Child also learns that
doing certain things will
make their parents do
certain things.

15. CHARACTERISTICS OF HEALTH PARENT CHILD
ATTACHMENT
1.Flexible/Adaptable: - Good parents must
be flexible and adaptable. They have ability to
recognize and accommodate the child’s need.
Help the child by giving clear directions,
offering opportunities to choose and negotiate.
2.Connected: - Parents should have ability
to differentiate the child’s worth from his or
her behavior, and create a reward-oriented
environment in which consequences are
positive outcome. Respond to a child’s 15
16. CHARACTERISTICS OF HEALTH PARENT CHILD

3. Appropriate boundaries: - The parent-
child relationship includes various boundaries.
Healthy boundaries consider that what the
parent and the child want in a positive way to
find a mutually agreeable solution or limit.
4. Open Communication: - The way the
parent and child communicate sets the tone for
the relationship. The healthy parent- child
relationships use positive communication that
separates the child's worth from behavior. 16
17. CHARACTERISTICS OF HEALTH PARENT CHILD

5. Discipline: - For healthy parent
child relationship discipline also very
important aspect. To finding the
solution of conflicts and behavioral
problem helps to encourage the strong
relation rather than punishing children
in an attempt to teach.
17
18. PRINCIPLES OF PARENT CHILD ATTACHMENT
• Set some parenting goals: Whether the parents want to
raise a healthy and disciplined child or have a healthy parent-
child attachment, identify the goals and understand what is
need to do to achieve them.
• Bring in warmth and structure in interactions: Treat
every interaction as an opportunity to connect with the child.
Be a warm and receptive parent, who encourages interaction.
Structure the interaction by having rules, boundaries, and
consequences in place and ensure that children understand
them.
• Ground rules are a must: Ground rules tell the children
how to and how not to behave. Rules have to be set by
discussing with the child, coming to a mid point between the 18
