Some tips to help Prevent fatigue & worry
Our Fatigue is often not caused by work, but by worry,furstration & resentment.
1) Do things in the order of their importance.
2) When you face a problem solve it after than to make a
decision.
3)Learn to organize, substitute & supervise.
4)Men do not die from overwork, they die from dissipation &
worry.
( So just relax & avoid to worry ).

Whats makes you tired & what you can do about it
Tensness,worry & emotional upest is the biggest causes of fatigue.
Relax!Relax!Learn to relax while you are doing your work.
Tension is a habit.Relaxing is a habit,& bad habits can be broken,good
habits formed.
Think your self as an old crumpled sock.then you have got to relax.
Relaxation is the absence of all tension & effort.
If you can completely relax your body muscles just saying over &
over….Let go…..Let go…..Let go…..forget your all troubles & relax.

Banish the boredom
Boredom is the only real cause of diminution of work.
Our fatigue is not caused by work, but by worry & frustration.
If you act “As If” you are interested in your job, that acting will tend to
make your interest real, it will also tend to decrease your worries, your
tensions & your fatigue.
Give your self a pep talk every day.
Our life is what our thoughts make it.
By talking to yourself every hour of the day. you can direct yourself to
thinks thoughts of courage & happiness, thoughts of power & peace.
