Personal Profile
I am a hardworking and reliable person with good attendance records in both the school I
attended and my current workplace. I would describe myself as a very good student,
conscientious and pay particular attention to my personal attire. I work well in a team as well
as independently. I am enthusiastic and enjoy meeting new people and taking on new
challenges. I did attend Birkenhead 6th form college to study chemistry, maths, health and
social and medical science, I decided on these subjects in order to be able to pursue a
career in the areas I enjoy and excel, with particular attention in mathematical skills and
analytical skills. This has above all shown in the maths region and am now ready to
concentrate in a career in accountancy as this is the area where I believe my forte lies. After
a year of studying As Levels I then went and studied AAT in level 2/3 within the one year on
a fast track course. Furthermore I then went on to Study level 4 and only have 2 exams left
until AAT qualified.

Tommy Hilfiger (September 2011 to June 2013)
Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, Ellesmere Port CH65 9JJ unit 123-124
I was working as a part time sales assistant employee in Tommy Hilfiger in the designer
outlet in Cheshire Oaks. I had a contract of 6 hours per week but worked at least 10 hours
per week over a weekend period and a late night shift of 5.30-8.30 pm. During college
holidays, summer and christmas I would work approximately 20-30 hours per week as this
was a busy period. I also pride myself on being told I was given first refusal on extra shifts as
I was a reliable employee and also good at by job. In this work area I have been able to gain
more experience in the retail working industry and being able to juggle numerous duties
during busy times, between answering the phones to help customers, serving on the till and
making sure all customers had all help required with their purchases. When working in store
we have aims and goals to achieve during the day and with our teamwork and customer
service skills we regularly achieve these store targets. I must greet all customers and make
them feel welcome in store, I must offer a helping hand and offer my greatest knowledge of
all items within the store. We have regular training in customer service, people skills and
entrepreneurship. Tommy Hilfiger has so far given me a lot of experience when it comes to
working with people, good team work and communication skills.
ESP Hair Studio (October 2009 to September 2011)
All port Road, Bromborough, Wirral CH62 6AQ
I was employed to work every Saturday as a Saturday girl in a local hairdressers, during the
period working here I was also requested to work during my holiday periods in school as
extra cover due to my experience I had gained and ability in the work area. My duties
included greeting Clients, washing hair, taking payments, cleaning the salon, assisting the
stylists and making refreshments. After leaving this job I received an excellent reference for
my current employer as I left to pursue more experience in another area.
