 Arrange and manage Package QC Activities at CONTRACTOR supplier sites, overseeing Execution
CONTRACTOR QA and QC activity and performing direct interventions where received. Ensure that
Package QC coverage is sufficient and that the Inspectors are of the required discipline, experience and
capability.
 Review Inspectors deliverables, analyses and resolve issues and problems emerging during the quality
control activity.
 Review, comment and approve Contractors/Sub-Contractors QA/QC Documentation/Dossiers for
correctness and conformity prior to a structured handover to commissioning team.
 Perform periodic Quality Management System Audit or Process Audit of CONTRACTOR and Key Suppliers.
 Participate in Contractors/Sub-Contractors investigations of significant Quality failures and
offshore/installation failures.
 Lead regular (quarterly or bi-annual) Quality reviews with CONTRACTOR to review quality KPI’S, quality
