• Experienced in pipe spool fabrication, installation, erection, line checking,
pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, pipe cleaning, flushing
,testing further more capable in inspection or supervision effectively various
assigned job.
• Experienced in conversion, maintains and repairing of ships piping systems
like, gas, steam, water, oil and air lines.

2. • Experienced in reading and checking of engineering drawing, schematics,
isometric and arrangement drawings
• Leading a team of pipe fitters for fabrication, installation & testing of pipe
spools as per arrangement and schematic drawings.
• Do the routing, testing and flushing of pipes and tubes for hydraulic systems
such as deck machinery, CPP, BT hydraulic, crane, pneumatic control
system, as per schematic drawings
• Lead team of plumbers for rooting and testing of UPVC, CPVC, PPR, piping
and connections to equipment like washing machine, wash basins, shower,
mixers etc...
• Prepare bill of materials for additional jobs as required at site.
• Assist commissioning team in preparing and clearing punch lists.
• Assist supervisors, engineers for preparing weekly plans and maintain the
man hours as required.
• To maintain a proper track record on Material Procurement Status for
executing the fabrication and installation plan effectively.
• Identify the changes from owner spec requirements and assist project team
to raise variation orders to client for claiming additional jobs.
• Use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative
solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, project team department and engineering
to understand, planning and solve the issues.
• Familiar with class rules ie. DNV, BV, Lloyds register etc.
