● Their mission is to create the best Samwich anyone can find while be down to
earth and personable to everyone that walks through the door.
● Sam’s is that local “hole in the wall” that does not look like much on the outside
yet serves some of the best local breakfast and lunch

  1. While Sam’s has customers showing their love across facebook, instagram, twitter, and yelp, Sam’s does not have an official maintained page for any of these social media sites. This is a huge missed opportunity for FREE marketing. Although Sam’s is an old school style, family owned restaurant, it is crucial that the business transition into digital marketing especially through the use of social media. The use of social media allows for consumers to be interactive with your business and to some extent allows the customer to do some of the marketing for you i.e. posting pictures on instagram, tweeting about their experience, getting your name out there etc.
