Draw the practical implementation of the analog switch. 2. Define Current sources and current sink? 3. Draw the Current mirror circuit. PART-B (1x8=8Marks) 4. (a) Explain the graphical characteristics of a controlled switch. OR 4. (b) Distinction between a DC and AC resistor. PART-C (1x16=16Marks) 5. (a) Explain how Bipolar and MOS transistor act as a switch. OR 5. (b) With neat diagram explain the voltage –current characteristics of the BJT active resistor.
