This document discusses an automatic nozzle cleaning machine. It can customize nozzle trays to clean different types of nozzles. Each rotation of the tray corresponds to the position of each nozzle, making it convenient to position nozzles during inspection. The microscope allows clear observation of blockages inside nozzles by opening the backlight. Tiny water mist particles around 3-10um can clean dirt in small nozzle apertures. It uses high pressure water jets and pulse kinetic energy to clean nozzles. It can clean 24 nozzles at once in 3 minutes, achieving a cleaning rate of around 460 nozzles per hour.
