This case report discusses the rare occurrence of tricuspid valve infective endocarditis (TVIE) complicated by mastitis, emphasizing the importance of early surgical valve repair due to the prevalence of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. The patient, a 35-year-old woman, underwent robotic surgery, resulting in rapid postoperative recovery, and was successfully treated with daptomycin after an allergic reaction to vancomycin. The report highlights preventive measures against mastitis and the need for timely intervention to avoid serious complications.
