They allow teachers to demonstrate and illustrate concepts on a large scale for students to see in detail. 2. Projectors Overhead projectors are extremely helpful in the smooth running of every classroom. Students are able to see the images you are choosing to see them in great detail. They are helpful for building on a concept, and adding different images on top of the ones you already have on the screen.

3. Broadcast Video Broadcast video is known as “television”. It is amazingly useful for your classroom. You are able to demonstrate the content in a huge way. It can be done either live or prerecorded- depending on the type of program.There are also specific channels designated to learning (i.e. PBS).

4. Document Camera Document cameras are very similar to overhead projectors, in that it displays real time photographs and 3-D objects in a large scale way. They are very helpful, because the students don’t all have to crowd around a small photograph that you are trying to show them.

5. Graphics & Photographs Graphics and photos are super helpful when trying to teach your students a concept. They consist of drawings, diagrams, photographs, or cartoons. They are greats ways to get a point across, clarify, and illustrate what you want the students to understand. They help to enhance real-life details.

6. Digital Video Disk (DVD) Digital video disks are an amazing invention. They allow you to store files, photographs, movies, etc. and present them in a organized way that shows itself in a movie or slideshow form. These are extremely useful show students concepts frame by frame, for better understanding.
