The study investigates the attitudes of rural and urban primary and secondary school teachers in Punjab towards information and communication technology (ICT), utilizing a sample of 400 teachers. The findings indicate that urban teachers generally exhibit lower levels of positive affective attitudes, perceived usefulness, and perceived control over ICT compared to their rural counterparts. Statistical analyses reveal significant differences in attitudes based on school type and locality, highlighting the need for improved ICT training and support for teachers, particularly in urban settings.
