The study investigates the attitudes and self-efficacy of Iraqi college students towards mobile learning (m-learning) using portable devices in English language classes. Results indicate that students generally have positive attitudes towards m-learning, feel motivated by its use, and demonstrate high self-efficacy in utilizing mobile devices for educational activities. Additionally, while there are no significant differences in attitudes or self-efficacy between male and female students, interview data suggest that male students are more amenable to using mobile devices for learning compared to female students.
