This document outlines a career management initiative in Pakistan that aims to engage, train, and empower 150 youth representatives from universities in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa and FATA. It will begin with orientation sessions, followed by training workshops to provide career counseling and management skills. The goal is to help youth develop their potentials and choose careers aligned with their interests, skills, and values. Trainees will then serve as career counselors on their campuses to empower other youth. The program addresses challenges facing Pakistani youth like poor education, lack of skills, and vulnerability to radicalization.
