1. To make clubs aware of declining membership in general, and
to understand its implications – for clubs and for Rotary's
commitment to Service
2. To encourage senior club officers to look critically at their
clubs’ strengths and weaknesses
3. To provide senior club officers with advice, guidance,
resources and leadership to enable them to meet Rotary's
Objects, and their own membership targets, over the next
five years
