This document describes a technique for restoring discolored primary teeth in children through the use of composite veneers. The technique aims to provide an esthetic, easy, and quick restoration for children. It involves removing the non-prismatic enamel layer, etching the enamel, applying opaquer and bonding agents if needed, and placing a thin layer of composite over the tooth before finishing and polishing. Case studies demonstrate the technique on a gray tooth following injury and a yellow tooth with enamel hypoplasia, showing how it can effectively restore teeth to their natural color.
