This art questionnaire aims to provide the teacher with information about the student's prior art experience in various areas such as art classes, projects, periods, elements, principles, subject matter, purposes, artists, critiques, portfolios, careers, and interests. It asks the student 15 questions to assess their knowledge and experience in these areas of art in order to help the teacher review what needs to be introduced during the year.
