DRIVE | orchestrating value chains for sustainability in npd
The Tool for Orchestrating Value Networks (TOV) aims to help organizations achieve sustainable outcomes and stable relations with their partners and stakeholders in their value network. The guidelines and management approaches provide a structured analysis of relevant aspects that organisations need to prepare for when setting up sustainable collaboration, and the challenges they may face during the collaboration. They address negotiating a fair allocation of costs and benefits in the value network for sustainable innovation, and managing other types of value networks that go beyond traditional supply chains. The guidelines consist of a range of questions that help an organization to identify what issues they could encounter in the dynamic development process, and tips & tricks that indicate what practices or activities might be undertaken in the non-predictable collaboration.

Cluster policies aim to foster regional economic development through supporting the formation and growth of industry clusters. However, evaluating their effectiveness is challenging due to unclear definitions of clusters, attribution of outcomes, and lack of control groups. Most evaluations of cluster policies focus on short-term outputs like increased collaboration rather than long-term economic impacts. A few evaluations found small increases in outcomes like firm innovation and patenting, but effects were sometimes temporary. Overall, conclusively demonstrating the impact of cluster policies on competitiveness and economic growth remains difficult.
National innovation system of thailand
The National Innovation System (also NIS, National System of Innovation) is the flow of technology and information among people, enterprises and institutions which is key to the innovative process on the national level.
In this study we tried to focus on the National Innovation System of Thailand and the role of Industries there on contrast of countries like South Korea, Japan, USA, Germany, Singapore.

How is information literacy relevant in workplace settings? It is not usually recognised as a term and a concept by employers, but it is present implicitly in many of the attributes and competences that employers look for; and also in the information-sharing practices that organisations deploy. IL can be shown to be associated with important organisational success factors, such as operational efficiency and competitiveness. The challenge is to demonstrate more explicitly to employers across all sectors – commercial, public and not-for-profit – that they have an interest in ensuring that their staff are competent and confident in the way that they use, analyse and disseminate information. It is therefore important to persuade enterprises of the value that an information literate workforce can bring.

AusAID's experience in PNG from 2003-2007 was a major law and justice reform initiative that represented an evolution from a "law and order" approach to a "law and justice" approach. It established unprecedented capacity for monitoring and evaluating performance changes but questions remained about demonstrating real-world impacts after only 4 years. The experience provided global lessons for improving approaches to purpose, ownership, and evaluating the success of law and justice reform efforts.

This PhD thesis critiques the prevailing theory of judicial reform in international development assistance. It argues the theory is insufficient because it focuses only on an economic justification to promote growth, without considering justice as fairness and equity. The thesis proposes revising the theory to include a constitutive humanistic dimension. It also argues judicial reform success should be measured using an international human rights law framework. The thesis presents case studies from Asia that provide evidence of both the deficiencies of current approaches and some initial successes in promoting substantive rights.
Legal and judicial reform in cambodia
This document outlines Cambodia's legal and judicial reform process from 1993-2005. It establishes foundational values of liberal democracy, rule of law, separation of powers, and individual rights. A vision and 63 interventions were developed. The goal is to establish a stable legal system upholding principles of rights and rule of law. A plan of action with 97 priorities was adopted to achieve seven strategic objectives, including improving rights protections and modernizing laws. While reforms are being implemented, a baseline study is still needed to assess gaps and ensure a sound hybrid system.

Judicial Reforms in India
This document provides an overview of judicial reforms in India from pre-British times to the present. It discusses the historical development of the Indian judicial system, the current structure, and various reforms that have been implemented since independence in 1947. Some key reforms discussed include establishing the National Legal Services Authority in 1987 to provide free legal aid, promoting Lok Adalats to settle disputes, establishing specialized tribunals, and efforts to reduce pendency through alternative dispute resolution methods and computerization. However, challenges remain such as high judge vacancies, low population to judge ratios, and a large backlog of over 30 million pending cases. Further holistic reforms are needed to modernize the system and ensure timely, affordable justice for all citizens.
