 Classes start from 8.30 a.m. and may continue up to 3.30 p.m. on all the five days of a
week.
 As per university rules 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in semester end
examination.
 Every student must carry his / her Identity Card while entering the campus
 The college gives utmost priority for discipline ,student or staff, is bound to maintain
strict discipline.
 Under disciplinary action, the principal is empowered to fine, suspend or even expel a
student from the college.
 Students are not permitted to possess or use Mobile Phones inside the college campus.
 Ragging, consuming alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited in the hostel and
college campus.
 The cost of any damage, if caused to college property will be charged to the accounts
of the students responsible for the damage in addition to disciplinary action.
 Students are advised to switch off fans and lights when they leave the class rooms.
 No students shall remain in the hostel during class – hours unless he / she is sick
and is permitted to be on leave

PDP
The Institute Organizes various programs for overall development of the student.
Some of them are:
Prepare Individual for jobs in local manufacturing and industry.
Short term intensive non credit training programme to prepare students for
entry to mid level jobs in local, advance manufacturing industry
Provide life long experience and opportunities to get engaged with
professions they aspire
Develop professional and practical skills, to apply acquired knowledge in
real work environment
The main purpose of this course is to give the students knowledge of the
topics which industry demands.
Each department runs two or three value added courses in different
semesters to provide the knowledge of miscellaneous topics to the
students.
The courses have been chosen after analyzing work profiles and job
descriptions of various job roles in Companies
PDP focuses on the development of child’s personality.
The course is to improve and change inner traits like Attitude, Confidence,
Department and Perception.
It also comprises of improving physical appearance, grooming body
language and steering students towards a positive approach in life.
PDP programs are compulsory for each and every student in every semester
for overall grooming of the student.

The Institute has various clubs for grooming the personality of child. The
institute have various clubs as given below. All the activities in the clubs are
organized in Zero Period.
The Institute organizes Fest every year which includes both Technical as well as
cultural events in the month of February for two days.
 The various enthralling events of Fest are dance, music, singing, fashion show,
skit, quiz, etc.
 Different titles were also presented to the student such as Mr. and Ms. Aravali
and Mr. and Ms. Personality.
 For enhancing the knowledge and skills of the students, mentoring plays an
important role at college level
 Mentoring provides professional socialization and personal support to facilitate
success in graduate school and beyond.
 In ACEM we believe in quality mentoring.
 Each class is divided in a ratio of 15:1, taking 1 hour a week, for discussing there
day to day activity with their mentor and imparting the best solutions for their
problems.
ACEM has a Anti-Ragging cell. The cell will ensure that the University becomes a
Ragging Free Zone with zero level of tolerance towards Ragging.
The members of the cell will look at following areas:
 Any conduct by any students whether by words spoken or written or by an act
which has the effect or teasing, treating or handling with rudeness a fresher or
any other student.
 Indulging in rowdy or indiscipline activities
 Any act by a senior student that prevents, disrupts or disturbs the regular
academic activity of any other student or a fresher.
The Institute has the facility of grievance cell which constitute “Grievance
Redressal Committee” to address the grievances of students, parents, faculty,
staff etc.
Discipline will be upheld as a positive value, promoting the educational and
social engagement of all students within the College schools.
The Institute provides good discipline facility to all the students. Major point
included in this field are:
- Every student has to wear dress code(Black and White) on every Monday.
- Helmets are compulsory for all the students travelling through their own
vehicle.
The Institute offers separate hostels for boys and girls supervised 24X7 by wardens
and vigilant security personnel. The hostels also provide neat and green
environment with sports facilities for the students to relax and enjoy their stay.
The hostel facilities majorly comprises of following
 AC/ Non-AC Rooms
 Emergency Ambulance Service
 24 x 7 Wi-Fi connectivity in Hostels
 Mess Service
 Transportation
 ACEM provides transport facility to its students through a fleet of buses,
covering almost all major landmarks in Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad & Palwal.
 Students can board a bus after showing the bus pass to the bus in-charge,
which will be issued to him/her in advance.

Aravali college of engg. and management

  • 2.  Classes start from 8.30 a.m. and may continue up to 3.30 p.m. on all the five days of a week.  As per university rules 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in semester end examination.  Every student must carry his / her Identity Card while entering the campus  The college gives utmost priority for discipline ,student or staff, is bound to maintain strict discipline.  Under disciplinary action, the principal is empowered to fine, suspend or even expel a student from the college.  Students are not permitted to possess or use Mobile Phones inside the college campus.
  • 3.  Ragging, consuming alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited in the hostel and college campus.  The cost of any damage, if caused to college property will be charged to the accounts of the students responsible for the damage in addition to disciplinary action.  Students are advised to switch off fans and lights when they leave the class rooms.  No students shall remain in the hostel during class – hours unless he / she is sick and is permitted to be on leave

  • 7. Prepare Individual for jobs in local manufacturing and industry. Short term intensive non credit training programme to prepare students for entry to mid level jobs in local, advance manufacturing industry Provide life long experience and opportunities to get engaged with professions they aspire Develop professional and practical skills, to apply acquired knowledge in real work environment
  • 8. The main purpose of this course is to give the students knowledge of the topics which industry demands. Each department runs two or three value added courses in different semesters to provide the knowledge of miscellaneous topics to the students. The courses have been chosen after analyzing work profiles and job descriptions of various job roles in Companies
  • 9. PDP focuses on the development of child’s personality. The course is to improve and change inner traits like Attitude, Confidence, Department and Perception. It also comprises of improving physical appearance, grooming body language and steering students towards a positive approach in life. PDP programs are compulsory for each and every student in every semester for overall grooming of the student.

The Institute has various clubs for grooming the personality of child. The institute have various clubs as given below. All the activities in the clubs are organized in Zero Period.
  • 11. The Institute organizes Fest every year which includes both Technical as well as cultural events in the month of February for two days.  The various enthralling events of Fest are dance, music, singing, fashion show, skit, quiz, etc.  Different titles were also presented to the student such as Mr. and Ms. Aravali and Mr. and Ms. Personality.

  • 13.  For enhancing the knowledge and skills of the students, mentoring plays an important role at college level  Mentoring provides professional socialization and personal support to facilitate success in graduate school and beyond.  In ACEM we believe in quality mentoring.  Each class is divided in a ratio of 15:1, taking 1 hour a week, for discussing there day to day activity with their mentor and imparting the best solutions for their problems.
  • 14. ACEM has a Anti-Ragging cell. The cell will ensure that the University becomes a Ragging Free Zone with zero level of tolerance towards Ragging. The members of the cell will look at following areas:  Any conduct by any students whether by words spoken or written or by an act which has the effect or teasing, treating or handling with rudeness a fresher or any other student.  Indulging in rowdy or indiscipline activities  Any act by a senior student that prevents, disrupts or disturbs the regular academic activity of any other student or a fresher.
  • 15. The Institute has the facility of grievance cell which constitute “Grievance Redressal Committee” to address the grievances of students, parents, faculty, staff etc.
  • 16. Discipline will be upheld as a positive value, promoting the educational and social engagement of all students within the College schools. The Institute provides good discipline facility to all the students. Major point included in this field are: - Every student has to wear dress code(Black and White) on every Monday. - Helmets are compulsory for all the students travelling through their own vehicle.
  • 17. The Institute offers separate hostels for boys and girls supervised 24X7 by wardens and vigilant security personnel. The hostels also provide neat and green environment with sports facilities for the students to relax and enjoy their stay. The hostel facilities majorly comprises of following  AC/ Non-AC Rooms  Emergency Ambulance Service  24 x 7 Wi-Fi connectivity in Hostels  Mess Service  Transportation
  • 18.  ACEM provides transport facility to its students through a fleet of buses, covering almost all major landmarks in Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad & Palwal.  Students can board a bus after showing the bus pass to the bus in-charge, which will be issued to him/her in advance.
