graduates in businesses right across the UK.

brands, the programme is delivered by a dedicated network of experienced partners including
universities, business support and training providers.

UK Professional Staffing industry

o At least 3-days formal recruitment specific training and development in addition to on-the-job
training
o Working with Thomas International Receive a personal psychometric profile via to highlight
strengths and development areas
How to Apply

graduate and undergraduate roles)
• You may be contacted by Step or our partners about other roles
The APSCo Process
• You will receive an initial call within a fortnight of applying to confirm
your interest and availability
• You will then receive a link to the Thomas International personality
profile
• We will then schedule a time for a competency based interview which
should take approx 10 minutes. Interviews will take place end of
March onwards.
• You will then be matched to individual roles with a view to
interviewing from Easter onwards.
