A Presentation about…
Presentations!
How to make the best.
(A WORK INSPIRED BY A FEW OTHERS)
The real importance of presentations. Why do
we make them?
 Presentations are informative.
 They make speeches less boring.
 Images and words stimulate the brain to think better then
words alone.
 And…
 PRESENTATIONS ARE JUST PLAIN, AWESOME BECAUSE:

 AND
Then why do some of us avoid them so
much?
But we need not worry… because
presentations are easy when we:
 Relax
 Breath
 Smile
 Take it easy and practice, practice practice!!!
Less words more pictures!!!
 Make sure pictures are easy to look at.
 If you must, use easily interpretable diagrams
 Catch phrases, not sentences.
Audience is king.
 Stay in-snyc with your audience.
 Make one point per slide.
 Use language that they will surely understand.
 Engage them. Ask questions. Make jokes.
When in doubt?
 Do not panic!
 Feel free to bend the rules with reason.
 A broken rule is better then a broken vase!
Remove unnecessary information!
This is what the famous people say about
presentation:
Don’t Forget the most important
element… humour!
Most importantly:
 AND FOR ALL YOUR PRESENTATIONS…
