observation hours. When viewing this facility, it was similar to Central Village by having
different age groups separated by rooms. When I first walked into the facility I didn t notice any

easily tell by looking at the children who were in the room. To finish my observations all I
needed was the age group 24 36 months. This age group I was observing was located in the back

realize that it was nap time. All children were in a separate room enclosed by a door that was
connected to the room I entered in. When walking in I noticed two tables were in the center of

What is life like for a surgical technician? This is a common question asked for many students
wanting to pursue a career in surgical technology. I have always liked to learn about how our body
functions. Being able to see what our bodies are capable of excites me. I chose this topic because I

Cultural Diversity is the existence of a variety of cultural or ethnic groups within a society. There
are many processes of Walt s adaptation to cultural diversity. First, there is the obvious discord
between Walt and the young Father of the church. This situation presents cultural differences of
identity; specifically, age and religion. This eventually becomes a hindrance in Walt and his Father
Janovich s perception of each other. Walt does not think Father Janovich is credible due to his age
and his religious cultureof Catholicism, therefore, his dedication to his deceased wife is not
anchored by any firm foundation. Father Janovich wants to keep the promises he made to Walt s
late wife Dorothy, but Walt is not convinced. This difference in cultural identity leads Walt to make
numerous offensive remarks to Father Janovich, but young Janovich s faith allows him to exercise

Many of the conflicting interests between different parties in the U.S. are what shaped our
social welfare laws from the colonial period and after the civil war. When looking at the
conflicts we faced back then, it is evident that the greater outlook in society was based off of
morals and the Christian view our country was built on. These beliefs are still very prominent in
our thinking as a society today although there have been some changes in our social welfare, that

this association was small mainly because it was frowned upon, society found it to be a call for

The participants chosen for the study, however, comprised of 102 individuals with a larger
majority of females as opposed to males. The age range had been set between the ranges of 17 to
58 years with varying degrees of educational achievements.
The results that were obtained indicated that extraversion (a first order trait) had played a key
role in identifying when an individual felt different while they were speaking in another
language. Where as, the other first order traits like language proficiency, age and gender were
irrelevant. Furthermore, the results had also shown that emotional intelligence (a second order
trait) played an essential role in allowing individuals to detect when they felt different. It was
concluded that since individuals who were extraverted, generally tended to be more open to new
experiences and were more sociable they therefore were able to identify the change in their
behavior and personality more adequately than for example individuals who were more
introverted. Similarly, individuals who had shown that they scored higher on the emotional
intelligence test, represented a group of people who were able to see change in their personality
since they were attuned with their emotions, such as sympathy, empathy, sociability, social
awareness, etc. As a result, it was observed that to some capacity each order played a role in
