• Actually a lot further on than I would have thought two years ago.
• Private Sector CBD rebuild has plateaued.
• Anchor Projects will take over the rebuild.

5. • CBD Rebuild well underway
• Strong emphasis facing the Avon River

8. Retail Precinct
• Three and a half blocks of concentrated retail.
• Includes substantial office buildings.
• Four major projects will be complete by the end of 2017.
• This will be the major turning point for the CBD.

9. All Cities need a Strong Heart
• Initially we were building a donut city.
• This has changed.

10. North of Cathedral Square is a Desert
• We desperately need a convention centre
• We also need parking buildings
