stablished in 1996, Angelique International
Limited has grown into a giant engineering,
procurement and construction (EPC) company
with turnover now nearing $300 million, undertaking
turnkey projects in power, water, irrigation and
agriculture sectors as well as industrial projects in
international markets of Africa, Middle East, South and
South East Asia.
With over 800 technical manpower, more than 25
international offices and in-house design and engineering
capabilities, the company is ready to meet the challenges
of the developing economies of the world.
Following ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS
18001: 2007 international standards, the company is
committed to continually improve our quality,
environmental, occupational health and safety
management systems.
It sets up projects on a total turnkey
basis that includes civil construction,
feasibility studies, design, engineering,
procurement, supply, installation,
training and trial runs. Angelique has a
large network of overseas offices spread
across Africa, South East Asia, Middle
East and the SAARC region.
Over the next three-five years, the
company plans to establish itself as one
of the top international EPC companies
with leadership capabilities and
expertise in multiple sectors.
The core sectors that are an area of
strength for the company are as follows:
• Power (generation, transmission, distribution, sub-
stations, rural electrification, renewable energy)
• Water (storage supply, pumping stations, waste water
treatment, public drinking projects)
• Irrigation Agriculture (irrigation, farm equipment, agro
processing, tractor assembly plants)
• Industrial Projects (textile, oil gas, industrial parks,
workshops, telecom, IT)
• Social Infrastructure (education, health, transport,
housing)
Angelique’s operations are focused on several rapidly
growing economies where it sets up turnkey projects as
under:
a) Multilateral funding viz. World Bank,Asian Development
Bank, African Development Bank and United Nations
b) Bilateral Credits from Government to Government
routed through Export Import Bank of India
c) Supplier’s credit – arranged for specific projects.
d) Buyer’s own funds
Since its inception, the company has completed more
than 200 projects in over 40 countries spread across
Africa, South South East Asia and Middle East and
Latin America in its core sectors. Angelique deserves
special commendation for its hydropower projects and
tractor assembly plants in which the ocmpany is an
undisputed leader.
