Building on Disney World’s existing social media platforms, I’m proposing to illustrate the Epcot experience in a few ways with the ‘Magic around the world: The Disney Epcot experience’ campaign. By telling the story of Walt Disney’s vision of Epcot as a proposed utopia, revealing stats of the park, showing the layout of the park and the park’s challenges and goals, the proposal will be set to introduce the campaign’s three strategies: Establish and introduce a Disney Epcot chief evangelist, launch and promote a photo share experience and encourage park goers to participate in a Foursquare contest.

Human behavior impacts the creation of technology. Companies are trying to solve problems for what we love and hate as users, so if we study human behavior (especially our stakeholder's) we can anticipate change in a sea of content and daily news updates. Google's investment in machine learning, Google's launch of the Pixel Phone and ownership of hardware, the development of Google Assistant and introduction of it across multiple devices, Amazon Echo, Apple's Siri, Facebook Instant Articles, Accelerated Mobile Pages, devaluing intrusive interstitials algorithmically, Facebook Live, Periscope, the iOS 10 update, and so much more are all answers to human desires and needs. A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.

Dr. William Harvey is a seasoned Operations Leader with extensive experience in chemical processing, manufacturing, and operations management. At Michelman, he currently oversees multiple sites, leading teams in strategic planning and coaching/practicing continuous improvement. William is set to start his eighth year of teaching at the University of Cincinnati where he teaches marketing, finance, and management. William holds various certifications in change management, quality, leadership, operational excellence, team building, and DiSC, among others.
