An application of nonparametric predictive inference for multinomial data (NPI) to classification tasks is presented. This model is applied to an established procedure for building classification trees using imprecise probabilities and uncertainty measures, thus far used only with the imprecise Dirichlet model (IDM), that is defined through the use of a parameter expressing previous knowledge. The accuracy of that procedure of classification has a significant dependence on the value of the parameter used when the IDM is applied. A detailed study involving 40 data sets shows that the procedure using the NPI model (which has no parameter dependence) obtains a better trade-off between accuracy and size of tree than does the procedure when the IDM is used, whatever the choice of parameter. In a bias-variance study of the errors, it is proved that the procedure with the NPI model has a lower variance than the one with the IDM, implying a lower level of over-fitting.

Industry 4.0: from Factory to Smactory
It is August the 18th of 2014 when a German government official press ‘post’ on an update called: "Zukunftsprojekt Industrie 4.0”, not knowing that this Industry number will complete transform the way we traditionally did business. Where business transformation in prior times mostly affected individual entities of businesses, this transformation affects the whole business eco-system. The announcement, posted on the “Bundesministerium fur Bildung und Forschung ” or, in English, the:”Federal ministry of education and Research” quoted the following key message:
“The future project Industry 4.0 aims to enable the German industry in a position to be ready for the future of production. Industrial production will be characterized by strong personalization of products under the conditions of high flexibilised (high-volume) production, the extensive integration of customers and business partners in business and value creation processes and the coupling of production and quality services.”
Industry 4.0, where disruption meets the manufacturing industry
According the Cambridge Online Dictionary is revolution something that is: ‘a very important change in the way that people do things’ or ‘one complete circular movement of something’. That Industry 4.0 is a industrial revolution is an understatement. Industry 4.0 is a big disruption in the economy & the way we (will) do business in the future. Before deep dive directly into Industry 4.0 let us have a closer look to the road towards it...

We are in a time of dizzying change. It’s estimated that nearly half of all jobs could be at risk over the next two decades because of Artificial Intelligence, automation, cloud and IoT.
Lee Rainie, director of internet and technology research at Pew Research Center, presented these findings at the International Monetary Fund/World Bank’s Youth Dialogue and its program, “A World Without Work?” The findings tie to several pieces of research at the Center, including reports on the state of American jobs, automation in everyday life, and the future of jobs training programs.

The industrial revolutions through history and the situation of brazilFernando Alcoforado
Throughout history, there have been four industrial revolutions. The first industrial revolution was boosted by the invention of steam engines and railroad construction, inaugurating the era of mechanized production. The second industrial revolution made mass production possible, thanks to the advent of electricity and production lines. The third industrial revolution was catalyzed by the development of semiconductors, mainframes and personal computers, as well as the internet. Today, we are living the fourth industrial revolution that involves intelligent machines simultaneously with waves of advances in many areas, ranging from genetic sequencing to nanotechnology.
IMPACT OF 4IR TECHNOLOGY AND ITS IMPACT ON THE CURRENT DEPLOYMENTijcsit
The Fourth Industrial Revolution represents a fundamental change in how we live, work, and relate to one another. It is a new chapter in human development with remarkable technological advancements comparable to those of the first, second, and third industrial revolutions. These developments are fusing the physical, digital, and biological worlds in ways that hold great promise as well as the possibility of great danger. The way that modern people live and work is changing as a result of disruptive technologies and trends including the Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, virtual reality (VR), and artificial intelligence (AI). This is known as the fourth industrial revolution. Industry 4.0 refers to the incorporation of these technologies into production processes. In this article, we discussed the history of 4IR technology, its impact of 4IR technology, and its impact on the current deployment.

HOW TO MAKE THE UTOPIA OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY USED ONLY FOR THE GOOD OF HU...Faga1939
This article aims to present how to make the utopia of using science and technology exclusively for the good of humanity come true, ending the dystopia represented by science and technology also used to produce evil for humanity. The use made of science and technology is so intense that a significant portion of people believe that they only bring benefits to society. Today, there is a clear perception that science and technology have provided progress for humanity, but that, along with this, they also have the capacity to destroy it. Science and technology, commanded by market capitalism, are not only seen as liberating, but, in certain situations, as dehumanizing and enslaving human life. Technology has shaped our lives because we are at the mercy of interconnected systems and, what is serious, because we are submissive to their authority and state capitalism, molding ourselves to its functioning. To ensure that science and technology are used exclusively for the good of humanity, the reform of capitalism must occur in all countries of the world with the construction of the Social Welfare State like the one built in the Scandinavian countries which, being a hybrid between what is most positive in the capitalist and socialist systems, would prepare the ground for the achievement of the highest level of civilization with the construction of democratic socialism in all countries of the world.
Technological advancement threatens employment and capitalismFernando Alcoforado
Technological progress will have a negative impact on the world of work because it can lead to the end of employment and the consequent fall in demand, also putting capitalism as a world system in check. This means that scientific and technological advancement may lead the current economic system to collapse by pointing to the need for the invention of a new economic system.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

23. THE FIRST INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION –
1765
The first revolution spans from the end of the 18th century
to the beginning of the 19th century
Replaced agriculture with industry as the foundations of the
economic structure of society
Mass extraction of coal along with the invention of the
steam engine created a new type of energy that thrusted
forward all processes - Development of railroads and the
acceleration of economic, human and material exchanges.

24. THE SECOND INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION – 1870
New technological advancements initiated the emergence of a new source of
energy: electricity, gas & oil
The development of the combustion engine set out to use these new resources to
their full potential. Furthermore, the steel industry began to develop and grow
alongside the exponential demands for steel
Chemical synthesis also developed to bring us synthetic fabric, dyes and fertilizer.
Methods of communication were also revolutionized with the invention of the
telegraph and the telephone and so were transportation methods with the
emergence of the automobile and the plane at the beginning of the 20th century
Industrial model based on new “large factories” and the organizational models of
production as envisioned by Taylor and Ford

25. THE THIRD INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION – 1969
A third industrial revolution appeared with the emergence of a
new type of energy whose potential surpassed its
predecessors: nuclear energy.
This revolution witnessed the rise of electronics—with the
transistor and microprocessor—but also the rise of
telecommunications and computers.
This new technology led to the production of miniaturized
material which would open doors, most notably to space
research and biotechnology.
For industry, this revolution gave rise to the era of high-level
automation in production thanks to two major inventions:
automatons—programmable logic controllers (PLCs) - & Robots.
Source: https://www.sentryo.net/the-4-industrial-revolutions/
26. The first industrial revolution
used water and steam to
mechanize production
The second used electric energy
to create mass production
The third used electronics and
information technology to
automate production.
Source: https://www.sentryo.net/the-4-industrial-revolutions/
27. Today a fourth industrial revolution is underway which
builds upon the third revolution and the digital revolution
that has been taking place since the middle of the last
century.
This fourth revolution with exponential expansion is
characterized by merging technology that blurs the lines
between the physical, digital and biological spheres to
completely uproot industries all over the world.
The extent and depth of these changes are a sign of
transformations to entire production, management and
governance systems.
Fourth Industrial Revolution
Source: https://www.sentryo.net/the-4-industrial-revolutions/
28. Its genesis is situated at the dawn of the third millennium with the
emergence of the Internet.
This is the first industrial revolution rooted in a new technological
phenomenon—digitalization—rather than in the emergence of a new type
of energy.
This digitalization enables us to build a new virtual world from which we
can steer the physical world.
The industry of today and tomorrow aim to connect all production means
to enable their interaction in real time. Factories 4.0 make
communication among the different players and connected objects in a
production line possible thanks to technology such as Cloud, Big Data
Analytics and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)
Fourth Industrial Revolution contd…

29. However, this fourth industrial revolution could be the first to
deviate from the energy-greed trend—in terms of non-renewable
resources—because we have been integrating more and more
possibilities to power our production processes with alternative
resources.
Tomorrow, factories 4.0 will be embedded in smart cities and
powered by wind, sun and geothermal energy.
Within this context of profound technological and societal
changes—because the two always go hand in hand during
industrial revolutions—which is taking us towards global
digitalization, industrial cybersecurity will become a leading
