Principal Accountabilities
(A) Strategic
 Contribute to the formulation of strategy & policies for organizational learning &
development
 Provide inputs for Annual Training Budget
 Contribute to vendor selection for training activities.
(B) Operational
 Act as the first point of contact for all training related activities
 Select, negotiate, coordinate & manage delivery through internal training mentors,
vendors/ training agencies
 Collate annual training calendar (ATC) by taking inputs from various functional heads
and seek approval
 Track spends on training budget & report variance to management
 Monitor & report on training effectiveness for both internal & external programs by
capturing participant feedback as per policy
1. Design, Delivery & Coordination
 Coordinate & develop story-board for Induction program (non-clinical & clinical) for
new employees and/or trainees
 Develop, manage & deliver all behavioral, soft skills and service excellence programs
 Coordinate on delivery/attendance of all clinical programs, including nursing
education
 Collate information on attendance of all CNE’s & CME’s
 Coordinate any conferences organized by or through AMRI Hospitals
 Collate Post Training Reports & send to respective functional heads.
2. Training Needs Analysis
 Conduct TNA by considering following:
i) Industry norms
ii) Discussion with functional heads
iii) Customer feedback
iv) Audit points
v) Results of performance appraisal
 Conduct validation of the Training Needs in the context of competency framework,
business necessity, etc.
3. Training Database
 Ensure maintenance and up-gradation of all employee records (both clinical & non-
clinical) pertaining to trainings, conferences attended, development programs etc
 Prepare the MIS report and share with the Head- HR
 Liaison with functions to facilitate learning & development activities
Collate & manage attendance information for all training events (clinical & non-clinical).
