Brief Description of Project:
The project is located along the shoreline north of Doha in the Marina
plot of the Lusail development which is located 22 Km north of Doha, in
the State of Qatar. The Burj Al Marina Tower Com 08 is a 36 storey
office/commercial building sitting on a site area of approximately
14,540 sqm. It consists of 1 Basement floor for car parking with Built-
Up area of approx. 11,520 sqm. Ground floor level for Retail and
Entrance Hall with Built-Up area of approx. 8,424 sqm. Plinth
comprising 5 Parking floors with total Built-Up area of 41,428 sqm.
2. KEY RESPONSIBALITIES
REDCO International WLL, Qatar:
Preparation of resource/Cost loaded construction Schedule using Primavera (P3.1, P6.2, 6.7 & 8.2).
Preparation of Claims for Extension of Time and Prolongation Cost.
Contract Administration and Contract Closure in accordance with FIDIC & other Qatar based Contract Agreements.
Change Order Management.
Preparation of Technical Documents for Bids/Tenders.
Preparation of Cash Flow & S Curve using Primavera Project Planner.
Preparation of Earned Values Analysis Sheets.
Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.
Preparation of two weeks, one moth and 3 months look ahead programs.
Regularly perform critical path analysis, anticipate bottlenecks & highlight these to Project Manager.
Identify update requirement of Manpower, Direct Materials, Direct Consumables and equipment based on 3 month
look ahead plan.
