1) The current education system is fragmented, complicated, and puts too much workload on students at once. It lacks integration of content and uses teachers' qualities poorly. 2) A new semester format is proposed to be simple, product-based, and integrated. It focuses on individual talent development through assessments and a process book. 3) The format involves defining a professional profile and product, setting individual assignments, and outlining the process from assignment to final product through workshops and toolshops to develop needed skills.
