4. Brown Long-life Drinking Yogurt Type
Refreshing yogurt drink linking the nutritional value
of milk with the desired/loved taste and texture of
soft drink.
This drink fits perfectly into the areas, where value
for money/affordability is a key parameter.
The caramel flavor and color is obtained naturally
from using the Maillard reaction in a positive way
by severe cooking of the yogurt milk.
Addition of GRINDSTED® Pectin AMD 922 is done
in form of pectin slurry after fermentation.
