Semantic SEO: 5 Ways to Future Proof Your Search Rankingssemrush_webinars

Target topics, not just phrases, through writing (Semantic Search)
Incorporate natural language into your content (Voice Search)
Make visitors happy in ways that make Google happy (User Interaction Signals)
You're about to learn the step-by-step process for each of the specific actions that will future-proof your search engine rankings.

Tech Recruiting Dice Webinar − Beyond the Buzzwords: Using Artificial Intelli...Susanna Frazier
Beyond the Buzzwords: Using Artificial Intelligence + Machine Learning to Inspire Authentic Human Conversation (and Power Higher Response Rates)
Artificial Intelligence (AI), a machine’s ability to have human-like intelligence, and Machine Learning (ML), a type of AI that provides a machine with the ability to learn from inference, continue to dominate the headlines and integrate into our daily lives. It’s natural to question how our jobs (and job security) may be affected. Well… Good news, Y'all − AI doesn’t replace you, it empowers you!
Humans and AI actually need each other to coexist. Cognitive technology serves a critical role in augmenting humans. Artificial Intelligence = Augmented Intelligence. This creates unparalleled opportunities to draw out the full capacity and potential of the human spirit by relieving us of time-consuming transactional and mundane tasks.
AI has begun revolutionizing talent acquisition/management so more time can be focused on recruiting strategy and candidate relationships. Paradoxically, it's the bridge to helping your digital communications feel more human at a broad scale. AI is the future, but so is the human touch.
In this webinar, you'll learn how to leverage new-generation technology to inspire more authentic digital communication. These influential strategies will help improve your hiring process, create a better candidate experience, increase your quality of hire, and reduce your time to hire.
“How to” Takeaways:
• Strategically target talent using predictive signals, position matching, and automated sourcing.
• Better understand talent profiles using social intelligence.
• Increase response rates using hyper-personalization, optimized outreach times, and automated drip campaign sequences.
• Improve overall hiring efficiency using an arsenal of shared tips, tricks, and user-friendly AI tools/technologies.

Presentation of the Semantic Knowledge Graph research paper at the 2016 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Data Science and Advanced Analytics (Montreal, Canada - October 18th, 2016)
Abstract—This paper describes a new kind of knowledge representation and mining system which we are calling the Semantic Knowledge Graph. At its heart, the Semantic Knowledge Graph leverages an inverted index, along with a complementary uninverted index, to represent nodes (terms) and edges (the documents within intersecting postings lists for multiple terms/nodes). This provides a layer of indirection between each pair of nodes and their corresponding edge, enabling edges to materialize dynamically from underlying corpus statistics. As a result, any combination of nodes can have edges to any other nodes materialize and be scored to reveal latent relationships between the nodes. This provides numerous benefits: the knowledge graph can be built automatically from a real-world corpus of data, new nodes - along with their combined edges - can be instantly materialized from any arbitrary combination of preexisting nodes (using set operations), and a full model of the semantic relationships between all entities within a domain can be represented and dynamically traversed using a highly compact representation of the graph. Such a system has widespread applications in areas as diverse as knowledge modeling and reasoning, natural language processing, anomaly detection, data cleansing, semantic search, analytics, data classification, root cause analysis, and recommendations systems. The main contribution of this paper is the introduction of a novel system - the Semantic Knowledge Graph - which is able to dynamically discover and score interesting relationships between any arbitrary combination of entities (words, phrases, or extracted concepts) through dynamically materializing nodes and edges from a compact graphical representation built automatically from a corpus of data representative of a knowledge domain.
Tech continues to be the most in-demand workers all over the world. In this session, Susanna will cover the best platforms and channels to find tech. Accelerating AI Integration with Collaborative Learning - Kinga Petrovai - So...SocialHRCamp
Speaker: Kinga Petrovai
You have the new AI tools, but how can you help your team use them to their full potential? As technology is changing daily, it’s hard to learn and keep up with the latest developments. Help your team amplify their learning with a new collaborative learning approach called the Learning Hive.
This session outlines the Learning Hive approach that sets up collaborations that foster great learning without the need for L&D to produce content. The Learning Hive enables effective knowledge sharing where employees learn from each other and apply this learning to their work, all while building stronger community bonds. This approach amplifies the impact of other learning resources and fosters a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Aashman Foundation Summer Internship .docxAmanHamza4
The internship opportunity I had with “Aasmaan Foundation” was a great chance for learning and professional development. Therefore, I consider myself a very lucky individual as I was provided with an opportunity to be a part of it. I am also grateful for having a chance to meet so many wonderful people and professionals who led me though this internship period.
I am using this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude and special thanks to “Munish Pundir” “Director “who despite being extraordinarily busy with “her/his” duties, took time out to hear, guide, and keep me on the correct path and allowing me to carry out my internship at their esteemed organization.
I further want to thank Prof. Shikha Gera, who helped me to better understand concepts of professionalism and become a better person and employee in my life.
I would also like to thank my parents and friends who helped me a lot during my life and this internship period. I perceive this opportunity as a big milestone in my career development. I will strive to use gained skills and knowledge in the best possible way, and I will continue to work on their improvement, to attain desired career objectives. Hope to continue cooperation with all of you in the future.
