Osteoporosis is a skeletal disorder in association with compromised bone strength predisposing individuals to an increased fracture risk.
Osteoporosis occurs when there is imbalance between resorption and formation of bone, if resorption is often quicker and formation is slower, or for both reasons. This presentation includes definition, classification, diagnosis, treatment prevention and complications associated with osteoporosis.Osteoporosis can be prevented by properly awarening people about the facts of it. If etiological factors are minimized then the condition can be well regulated. Lifestyle changes like advising physical activities, prohibiting addictions like tobacco, smoking, alcohol, proper diet which in rich in calcium, phosphorus, salt restriction, getting exposure to sunlight. Intrinsic factors including poor vision, musculoskeletal and neurological disease and medications, whereas extrinsic or environmental factors including trailing wires, loose carpets, and ill fitting footwear assessment should be done for reducing fall complication risks.if dietary intake of calcium cannot be achieved then calcium supplementation should be provided. Caffeine intake should be properly regulated since it plays role in calcium excretion. Weight-bearing aerobic and strengthening exercises can decrease the risk of falls and fractures by improving muscle strength, coordination, balance, and mobility.

gives much better and surprising results.
The author of the presented article, Dr. Desh Bandhu Bajpai, has been
using homeopathic medicines continuously for the last 60 years with
this philosophy in his patients and is getting better and excellent results
in curing diseases.
Let us understand which elements prove to be helpful in this regard.
ALTERNATION OF TWO & THREE
& FOUR HOMOEOPATHIC
REMEDIES
Hahnemann, the father of homeopathic medicine, also known as
Hahnemann, in the medical formula book Organon of Medicine,
prescribed the method of the selected drug for the patient, using one
drug at a time or repeated use at appropriate intervals. Is/
But over a period of time it is understood that as the practice of
homeopathic science increased with time, many practical and practical
problems associated with the practice also arose, which are mentioned
in the Lesser Writings and Hahnemann's correspondence and
biography. Has been . Such problems have been mentioned in many
books written by Hahnemann.
After reading Materia Medica Pura and Hahnemann's Biography and
Lesser Writings several times and while reading the contents of all these
books, I came across the use of two medicines i.e. Alternation of Two
Remedies. This was really shocking because the rule in Argenan is to
3. use only one drug at a time. In the same other books, references were
also found at some places where advice and examples were given to
choose two medicines and use them interchangeably.
No clear instructions have been given in homeopathic texts regarding
alternation of two remedies / only a few examples in the material
described in the collected texts, an assumption has been made that two
medicines have been used in such circumstances where it is very
necessary. Circumstances suddenly necessitated the giving of another
medicine/ Due to this the rules which were prescribed remained as they
were and no change was made in them/
Another logic has come to the fore which has been tried to prove by
giving an example how the two medicines can be used.
For example, a patient was selected according to the symptoms of his
disease, suppose a medicine Bryonia 30 was selected and on the first
day some doses of Bryonia 30 were given to the patient for
consumption / on the second day the symptoms of the patient changed
and the patient was given The need to give another medicine was felt / it
was decided which medicine could be / for this relationship of remedies
was resorted to and Rhustox 30 was selected / this medicine was given
to the patient, it benefited the patient / on the third day It was found
that the symptoms of the patient appeared on the first day and the
second day and now both the medicines are needed. In such a situation,
the rule of single medicine at a time was adopted and the rule of one
medicine at a time was followed. While doing this, both the medicines
were consumed by the patient with a proper interval of a few hours i.e.
from 5 minutes to 4 or more hours. Changed and used / Giving
medicine through this trike gives a lot of benefits to the patients and
they get safe treatment .
One at a time or Single Remedy;
By choosing a medicine i.e. the medicine whose symptoms are more and
more similar to the symptoms of the patient's disease or match with
each other, by choosing the same medicine and feeding the patient, the
4. disease goes away / this instruction was given by Hahnemann. For
example, by giving ARNICA MONTANA medicine to the pains and all
their symptoms caused by injury, all the symptoms and diseases of the
pad become calm.
Use of two medicines or dual remedy;
It is often seen in any patient or in most of the patients that the
symptoms or totality of symptoms are different in these patients and it
becomes very difficult to choose any one medicine. This is due to splitted
totality. That is, the symptoms of the disease repeatedly point to two
medicines / if one medicine is chosen for the totality of symptoms, then
what will happen to the other? Means the treatment will be incomplete
and it is not known whether the patient will be cured or not, this type of
dilemma has been created. lives
The solution to this type of dilemma can be that for the second totality
of symptoms, another new medicine should be selected as per the rule of
choosing the medicine / but attention should be paid to the fact that;
1- The selected medicine will be given alone at one time and this
medicine will not be mixed with any other medicine or the medicine will
not be mixed.
2- Both the medicines will be given in alternation.
3- By deciding the appropriate time between the two medicines, for
example, an interval of 5 minutes to several hours or interval, the
medicines should be changed alternately.
4- According to the need, the interval of medicine can be increased or
decreased.
For example ;
Such symptoms were found in a patient which were due to two
medicines;
1- Swelling appeared in the face, under the eyes and in the lower part
of both legs and such swelling occurs after a bee bite.
5. 2-The patient developed symptoms of indigestion and mucous colitis
together.
In this type of symptoms, one drug is pointing towards APISMEL and
the other drug is pointing towards ALOES SOC.
In the condition of such symptoms of the patient, choosing both the
medicines will be called a safe method. / Keeping in mind all the risk
factors in the case of such patients, it is better to adopt the easy and safe
way of homeopathic treatment.
Always keep in mind the proverb ---- Safety First and Risk
Secondary
Similarly, homeopathic medicines can be used by alternation or
alternation of three medicines and four medicines and more in a patient.
I want to tell some precautions for using medicines by changing or
alternation.
1- First of all make sure that which medicines have been selected for
the patient and are these two medicines or three or four or more
medicines , that means how many medicines have been selected for the
patient according to his totality of symptoms including splitted totality
or multi-corner totality of symptoms.
2- All these selected medicines should be written on paper and analyse
according to the matching of all symptoms and totalities followed.
3- In Relationship of Remedies, the relationship between all these
medicines should be verified, checked and seen that which medicine is
inimical and which one follows.
4- Sometimes many such patients are found in whom it becomes very
difficult to choose medicines because their symptoms match with the
medicines or they are very close to the symptoms found in their disease,
but the relationship of the selected medicines match with each other.
does not work and there is an inimical relationship between the two, in
6. such a case a dose of NUX VOMICA or PULSATILLA or Bowel
nosodes or anti-psoric anti-syphilitic anti-sycotic or selected Mother
tinctures should be given in alternation between the two selected
medicines/remedies, which are inimical or their relationship is not
known. For securing safe and effective Homoeopathic treatment
without any risk and safe in Emergent condition to controle.
REMEDIES SELECTION ;
For example ; A patient suffering from both kidney shrinkage
and allied syndromes with supporting dialysis every day, can
be benefited by application of the APIS MEL—BERBERIS
VULGARIS—SARSAPARILLA—THUJA—BOERRHAVIA
DIFFUSA prescribed in alternation in appropriate interval.
A Repertorisation from various Repertories including clinical
and classical repertories will help to select the appropriate and
correct remedies in those cases where multi-totalities are
found. The safe way to eliminate the remedies in case, where
totalities are cured and the need of selected remedies are no
more needed. Gradually come down to one remedy, expelling
one by one when symptoms are no more.
